Ready to ship items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 5 business days of placing the order. Standard shipping rates apply.
Made to order pieces are subject to longer shipping times as discussed one-on-one with the designer. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information on custom orders.
US shipping only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Sales tax laws and regulations apply based on the location of receipt of sale.
Clutter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent USPS, UPS, and FedEx with tracking unless otherwise noted. After the packages is en route, the tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and packaging materials are made from recycled materials where possible, we may also ship in gently used boxes in order to reduce our environmental impact. We appreciate your understanding and support for Mother Earth!
We hope you are in love with your Clutter merchandise, like can't stop staring at it kind of love; but we understand a change of heart. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns on most merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Please contact email@example.com to set a return into motion. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund a return must be requested within 15 days of receipt. Refunds may exclude the percentage of sale donated to a foundation aiding our community. Item(s) must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same great condition it left our shipping location. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item(s).
For return of items of high value, shipping insurance is recommended. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item(s).
Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment.
Items that are not eligible for a return:
- Made to order, and custom order pieces
- Gift Cards
- Vintage Items
We do our best to ensure that items are sent in secure packaging, but in the case that items arrive broken or damaged, please send a clear photo of the item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to work with you to replace or repair the item, as many of the item(s) in our shop are one of a kind.
A few more things before you go
We try our best to ensure that the images of our products most accurately portray the look, details, feel and color of the physical item; but computer monitors and lighting vary, and we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen are a perfect portrayal of the real thing.
Please keep in mind that we are a small artist run business, please choose mindfully while shopping.
Clutter has the right to deny a return at any time. The Return Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
