Shipping & Returns

We are a small team that takes pride in our one-of-a-kind product, quality, and secure packaging. Please be patient with us as we navigate the impacts of COVID19 on our shipping process. Orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 5-8 business days of placing the order unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping and packaging materials are made from recycled materials whenever possible, and we may ship in gently used boxes and use recycled bubble wrap in order to reduce our environmental impact. We appreciate your understanding and support for Mother Earth!
US shipping only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Sales tax laws and regulations apply based on the location of receipt of sale.
Refunds and Returns
We hope you are in love with your Clutter merchandise, like can't stop staring at it kind of love; but we understand a change of heart. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns on most merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set a return into motion. You will be supplied with a return label.
To be eligible for a refund a return must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same great condition it left our shipping location. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included with the returned item(s). We will issue a refund to you upon receipt, less the return label charge and a $2.00 restocking fee.
Items that are not eligible for a return:
- Made to order, and custom order pieces
- Gift Cards
- Vintage Items
Loss + Damages
We do our best to ensure that items are sent in secure packaging, but in the case that items arrive broken or damaged, please send a clear photo of the item(s) to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your full name, order number, and reason for return in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Damaged items will not be accepted past the 48 hour period of delivery due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products.
We will do our best to work with you to replace or repair the item, as many of the item(s) in our shop are one of a kind.
Love The Clutter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/items. We will work with you to track and locate the package with the shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund or a replacement until the package has been located by the shipping service and sent back to us, or an insurance claim and refund have been issued by the shipping company. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or replacement, please dispute this with the shipping company.
A few more things before you go
We try our best to ensure that the images of our products most accurately portray the look, details, feel and color of the physical item; but computer monitors and lighting vary, and we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen are a perfect portrayal of the real thing.
Please keep in mind that we are a small artist run business, please choose mindfully while shopping.
Clutter has the right to deny a return at any time. The Return Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
