Events & Community Lead

• Work part-time retail position, responsibilities below:
• Work on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting daily retail tasks.
• Executing daily shop tasks and shop upkeep
• Support inventory organization, seasonal transitions, and merchandising updates.
• Receiving, processing, and labeling inventory
• Packing and shipping orders
• Other tasks as assigned
• Lead all in-person events and community organizing for the business, responsibilities below:
• Event planning + coordination
• Community outreach + partnerships
• In-store engagement initiatives
• Event execution and logistics
• Event-related Asana management
• Creating physical and digital flyers, and collaborating with digital marketing for store events
• Maintain a library of event/collaboration partnership contacts
• Initiate and execute on community collaborations and customer engagement initiatives in partnership with the marketing lead

Digital Marketing & Engagement Lead

• Work part-time retail position, responsibilities below:
• Work on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting daily retail tasks.
• Executing daily shop tasks and shop upkeep
• Support inventory organization, seasonal transitions, and merchandising updates.
• Receiving, processing, and labeling inventory
• Packing and shipping orders
• Other tasks as assigned
• Lead all social strategy and digital marketing campaigns, responsibilities below:
• Social media strategy + execution with focus on account growth
• Email marketing strategy through Klaviyo + newsletter execution
• Social media paid ads strategy + execution
• Photography + content gathering
• Marketing asset management
• Website content updates (in collaboration with Sarah)
• Website collection management
• Bio link maintenance
• Related Asana organization
• Gift guide concepts and launches
• Regulate digital brand voice, presence, colors, and aesthetic across the team
